Here I am, still surviving my mediocre job, a relationship with a phantom-like of a man, and a mischievous dog. My day to day would be getting up at 6.30am, shower, get ready for work, make my coffee, feed the dog, make sure she has “done her business” then dropping her off at daycare before speeding my way to work and finally picking her up again after work.
As Bailey grows, it’s looking a lot like parenthood. After the episode where she scratched my dad & made him bleed on the arm on the 2nd day of CNY, I decided it’s just about time for Bailey to start Obedience training. I’m not sure to what extent O.B. is going to help control her crazy streak, but I gotta do something rite??
Well, I read somewhere that German shepherds are rated 6/10 as most excessive barkers! Bailey really has developed a habit for barking at passerby’s & joggers every morning, in the car & when she sees some dark skinned construction worker, which baffles me, cos’ how can they tell?? My only presumption is her association with such people are negative as we suspect she had almost been dog-napped last month. I came home to find the bottom of her cage been lifted up! The metal is heavy and even I have to use booth hands to lift it, Bailey couldn’t have lifted it herself. Hence, we believe someone tried to drag her from underneath the cage! ;-( We did find some other proof, but that’s another story… at times I wonder if Joshua’s two toy poodles are teaching Bailey bad behavious at the daycare! ;-(
I was moved when Joshua, the day care owner gave me a bottle of cod liver oil for me to mix in Bailey’s food to help with her appetite! It sure helped heaps & Bailey’s coat is sleeky soft! J She’s feeding on Addiction’s Wild Kangaroo & Apples which costs RM148 for a 6kg bag… I wonder if Bailey knows how much I sayang her… ;-(
My search for a good O.B. class is in progress & was recommended a trainer by June. Bailey will go for an assessment this Sat at Pet Safari ! I’m anxious for my girl! Hope she behaves herself! OMG!
